The RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Screen Maker Kit is the ultimate hassle-free solution to transferring images digitally onto a screen-printing frame. Say goodbye to messy photosensitive emulsions, acetate, carbon films, and cut out stencils.

The RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Screen Maker Kit is not only light and compact, but it's also incredibly easy to use. Simply connect the RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Unit (included in the kit) to your computer (compatible with both PC and MAC), send the image to the unit, and let it digitally transfer and store the image. The kit includes pre-cut mesh sheets and double-sided tape for securing them to the frame. Once mounted, feed the frame through the RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Unit and press the top of the machine down. Your image will be "imprinted" onto the screen in less than 30 seconds. You can now use your own ink and squeegees to screen print as usual.

The RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Screen Maker Kit features RISO Digital QS "P" Polyester mesh, which is a stronger and more durable mesh than the previous "S" type mesh. Constructed from tough polyester strands and thermal film, the "P" mesh is not recommended for use with Thermal-Copier models or with Print Gocco Lamp systems. The kit includes 120Mesh, the most economical and commonly used grade of mesh, suitable for fabrics, t-shirts, cotton, paper, wood, polyester, lyrca, and poly-cotton blends. Remember to avoid storing the kit in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures of 35° or with high humidity.

The RISO MiScreen A4 Digital Screen Maker Kit uses true digital technology to provide fast, high-quality results without the risk of overheating or jams that occurred with Thermal Copier Systems.
