Shipping
All orders are securely packaged in an effort to ensure the goods arrive to you in the same condition that they left us.

We offer free shipping for orders over $450*  

Shipping costs for orders over 100kg will not be calculated automatically at the checkout, email us for a price estimate prior to ordering.  Cost will be determined by delivery location, weight and size of the order.

We use Australia Post Standard & Express Parcel, Express Satchel, Fastway Couiers or Direct Freight for shipping, please note that items longer than 100cm, heavier than 20kg, aerosols & flammable products cannot be sent by post, even though you may be presented with this option at the checkout.  If you select post for any of these items, you may be billed for additional shipping.  Goods can only be shipped in a satchel if their size permits.  If you choose 500gm or 3kg satchel & the item is too large, you may be billed for additional shipping.   If you have any shipping or postal queries, please email us at  sales@artstoreonline.com.au

All product listings are shown including GST, all shipping prices quoted by our shipping calculator are shown excluding GST.

Fastway Couriers deliveries do not include insurance, however insurance can be arranged for an additional fee & is recommended for large, fragile items such as easels or canvases..  For enquiries email sales@artstoreonline.com.au
 

Shipping Turnaround Times

Express Post (within Australia)     -   1-3 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.

Standard Post (within Australia)   -   1-7 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.

Courier (within Australia)               -   1-7 working days depending on destination & availability of goods.

Sea Mail (International)                  -   6-8 weeks depending on destination & availability of goods.

Air Mail (International)                     -   10-21 days depending on destination & availability of goods.

Please note that if you require orders urgently, let us know & we will endeavour to meet your deadline, where possible.

Please note: We are unable to track parels sent via standard Australia Post, we can not be held responsible for missing postage.

Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us within 7 (seven) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging.

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, artstoreonline.com.au will cover the postage & handling costs.

If there is something about the product you are unhappy with, even if you don’t return it, please email us so we can improve our services.
