These dates have been determined in consultation with our delivery partners, and every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered as promptly as possible. Please note that delivery to regional areas may take longer. To avoid disappointment, please place your order as early as possible.

Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of your order, as we may need to order stock from our supplier(s) for your order. You will receive an email update when your order has been shipped.

If you require your order urgently, please let us know & we will endeavour to meet your deadline, where possible.

Exact Shipping Charges will be calculated in checkout & will depend on the products in your cart.

Below are delivery time estimates only. Exact delivery time will depend on destination and orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.

Express Post (within Australia)	1-3 working days **
Standard Post (within Australia)	1-7 working days **
Sea Mail (International)	12-15 weeks **
Air Mail (International)	3-12 days **

We are unable to track parcels sent via standard International Australia Post Air Mail, we cannot be held responsible for missing postage.

Shipping costs for orders over 100kg will not be calculated automatically at the checkout, email us for a price estimate prior to ordering.  Cost will be determined by delivery location, weight and size of the order.
