Each block contains 20 sheets of 100% cotton watercolour paper, glued on all four sides to hold the paper flat while you work. Once your artwork is complete, simply use a knife to lift the top sheet away — leaving the next sheet in perfect condition.

Made on a cylinder mould using traditional methods, Arches Watercolour Paper has an even, natural grain and a distinctive texture that brings out the best in every brushstroke. The paper is internally and externally gelatin sized to the core, giving it superior strength to withstand multiple washes, scrubbing, or lifting without damage.

Available in cold pressed (medium), hot pressed (smooth), and rough textures, Arches Watercolour Blocks are ideal not only for watercolour painting, but also for gouache, ink, and acrylic techniques.
