Derwent Drawing Pencils

Derwent Drawing Pencils are wax based that have a soft creamy texture and provides a smooth laydown. The highly lightfast pencils are produced with quality pigments that provide a velvety finish. They are not as soft as the Derwent Water-Soluble Pencil range and not as hard as regular colour pencils.

This colour palette lends itself to wildlife drawings and nature studies. It includes rich and earthy natural colours such as soft greens, greys, blues, creams and sepia tones. Use them to build up feather and fur or when you want multiple layers to show through in your artwork to create depth in landscapes.
