STAEDTLER Tinted Watercolour Pencils offer two effects in one when used wet and dry. The 12 tinted watercolour pencils in a variety of colours each have a hint of graphite added to them. These multi-functional pencils when used dry give a soft and subtle colour with a dark graphite character. Add water and the colours have a richer intensity.
